The Sunlight House was developed in 2021. It's is one of three production locations which Wendy Leithem owns, & it welcomes the full spectrum of production teams from trending influencers to internationally cherished brands. Production teams love The Sunlight House not only for its elegant & coastal aesthetic, but also because of the versatility it offers. It’s a spacious 4bed 3bath single story home featuring; a large open vaulted cieling kitchen and living room, a beautiful dining area, a spacious master bedroom and bathroom, along with 2 additional bedrooms to shoot as well as a laundry and spacious outdoor space. Your production team will have more than enough spaces to choose from in order to bring their creative visions to life.

Owner & designer of The Sunlight House
The Sunlight House is owned, designed and managed by Wendy Leithem. The Sunlight House is one of many locations Wendy has designed and owns and now contracts for commercial shoots and productions.
The Sunlight House got its name by the elegant, natural design aesthetic and the wonderful natural light that permeates throughout the spaces with vaulted ceilings, multiple sky lights and shooting opportunities.
Wendy’s unique, elegant spaces are a mixture of vintage, natural elements and walk a delicate line between sophistication and comfortable. Each area of The Sunlight House is infused with a distinctly relaxed coastal feel, inspired by Wendy’s own lifestyle at the beach. Wendy is single mother of 3 boys and has mastered staging intentional and functional spaces that are easily shot and used for a wide variety of productions.
